Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville Fort Bragg

After a day full of delays and schedule changes, my crew and me arrived to The Hilton Garden inn! Danielle greeted us with open arms and assisted a crew of 9 one by one! She was super helpful and knowledgeable! We enjoyed our stay.

Really nice hotel and the staff was great! The location is close to some shopping and fun options as well. They have a bar and restaurant in hotel but I didn't get to check it out. The breakfast is a paid breakfast and I ordered the eggs sausage and potatoes which was pretty good. The only issue I came across was being charged for the in room waters and another charge that was added. When I called to get a resolution I didn't get the best service and had to explain that I understood was a debit and credit was on my own account but the manager stepped right in and got it fixed. I would say just double check the water charge but other than that I'll def be back!! The room itself was clean and laid out well!

I have nothing bad really to say about our stay at Hilton Garden...I will only say that aside from the complimentary coffee in the morning and citrus water in the afternoon, you get charged for everything, and its not cheap by any means...No complimentary continental breakfast, only a $16 breakfast buffet of potatoes, scrambled eggs bacon, and sausage with coffee or juice....Or you can pay $10 per person per day for breakfast... overall, it was okay.... I'm a coffee snob, and I thought their coffee was outstanding. I had like 4 cups every morning. Their stall were all very nice and helpful...I'm not a big fan of Fayetteville I live close by and was there for a convention.. I think it's kind of a dirty town with more than usual rundown areas, but when I was at the hotel, that didn't seem to matter... Good job Guys..

This place is excellent! From the moment the lobby doors opened I could smell the cleanliness from outside. The staff was wonderful. Nikko, at the front desk, was so welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The full bar breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety and friendly staff. The price was excellent . And, the hotel is located near lots of shopping areas. I shall return. This is now a favorite for me.

Good hotel if you are staying in Fayetteville, NC. Have stayed a number of times for business and vacation trips, appears hotel has been renovated. Rooms are spacious with ample storage space for clothes. Staff is very helpful, has a great gym facility, and breakfast was very good.

Great hotel and very clean. Allows dogs up to a certain weight. We are moving from NY to Florida and we have a German Shepherd that juuuuuust barely met the weight requirements..it helped I’m a Veteran too being in Fort Bragg . I’d definitely stay here again even without a pet. Exceptional staff and exceptional rooms. Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. I wish they had pet free rooms. I have a pet allergy so i was quite itchy during my stay. Il I love the Hilton but because they cant guarantee a pet free room Im going to have to shop other brands for my health.
